This is the final weekend for my mom's visit and I wanted to let her try my chocolate souffle before she leaves. However, the dish turned out to be a chocolate fondant instead.. which was pretty good actually. It was what a good chocolate fondant should be - firm exterior holding the hot chocolate flowing on the inside. She liked it, so it turned out well ![]()
Hm.. Need to practice this again. I think it was my egg whites, which might have been over-whipped, to have caused this. Anyone has any tips for my next try?
