Emeril Beef

Used this for inspiration  last night http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emer … index.html

It was really quite good. I used a cut of beef that was really, really, really lean and needed this type of thing. Next time I'll cube the beef before though. Maybe add a little less crushed red pepper as well....maybe.

Served with mash and a salad of spinach, rocket, sprouts, tomato and red onion.

Thanks Guys!

@MrS I have no idea what part of the cow it was! The package said "veisepraad" which translated means "beef roast". It sucks not being able to find a good marbled cut of beef! I suppose I could live on stew alone but it sure would be nice to grill up a T-bone!

@ddziak Let's kick it up a notch!.....BAM! big_smile
