Ready, Set, Cook - Moroccan Theme

For our Ready, Set, Cook project for August, we had cooking Moroccan.  I chose to do 3 recipes, a Moroccan style bread, Moroccan lamb and olive tagine and a spiced, vege packed couscous.

I used this traditional Moroccan spice mix instead of curry powder in my couscous

The tagine- I didnt have a tagine, I cooked in heavy based pot on the stove top.

Wow Tara, you have gone to such an effort!  Well done.  I'm really into these cous cous dishes now and they are so quick and easy and also versatile, you can add all sorts.

I hope you enjoyed the meal after all that hard work thumbsup
