
Not as elegant as Allora's beautiful picture (as my mother telephoned whilst I was cooking), but it was very, very tasty. I didn't add any chilli to it, but I made a cheese sauce with dijon mustard, topped with grated cheese and baked for about 15 minutes in a hot oven. It was very good indeed, and has been put on the list of "food to cook again, please"
