Sourdough Rocks! respect to you for making it. We have lots of amazing bread in Bavaria. Alas I am no expert baker , I have had some sucsess with Italian bread and Soda bread. Trying to make Wild Garlic Soda bread at the weekend.
Will try and remember to photograph it.
