they are S. Piero, ombrina, gallinella di mare  and canocce for the recipe boreto del cason I looked up in my foodwise recipes, I'm never so sure bayleaves are to be added and they are winkbig_smile

the fish bancarella was really inviting this morning but I let the fishmonger choose for me saying only "a lunch for two", I had already opted for these fished mediterranean fishes and she only added the mantis shrimps to enhance the savor, .............. with roasted polenta it was something fit for react to a foggy day winklol
