
This is my second try, and it rolled much more easily than the first. I think because the pork belly was thinner. Also this time, I purchased fresh juniper berries which made a tremendous difference, and I increased the herbs. It is still drying, but I cut off a piece and used it to make spaghetti carbonara to test it.
