filets au gratin on mediterranian veg
My OH does work in shifts so whenever he has to work late shifts I am cooking a light meal.
I´ve cooked a tomato sauce with some zucchini and onions, poured some of the sauce in an oven-proof dish, placed the fish filets (salted and peppered) on top and poured the rest of the sauce on top of them. I fancied some cheese this time as you can see!
180°C, about 35 minutes.
I served it with boiled potatoes.
This was my plate, by the way, the fish had to have more cheese on top!
