i marinated the diced chicken breast in lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, black pepper, paprika, coriander and black cummin seeds then whacked them on a hot (dry) pan.....served them with couscous which i flavoured with some chopped coriander and lemon zest and a side salad consisting of tomatoes, cucumber, onion, garlic, spring onion,flat leaf parsley, olive oil and lemon juice smile

runner, black cumin seeds often go by the name of nigella seeds (or nigella sativa) ....they have a spicy and quite pungent flavour and they're often used in Middle Eastern or Indian dishes...i think you'd like them smile
