I know I can´t get enough of mushroom ragu.... this time I´ve served it with pasta that we call "butterfly pasta" in Germany - nice name, isn´t it?

I´ve used some mascarpone, couldn´t resist.....mmmmmh, it was wonderfully creamy!

MMmmm that looks good maddi..  We call it bow-tie pasta or farfalle pasta here..

I think I found out last year sometime it is called  farfalle because the italian word for butterfly is farfalla
