If the shelves are empty at Sainsbury's this week it's probably because my colleagues and myself at their Coventry distribution centre have been having another cake competition instead of doing any work.  Excepting that the Easter chick is disguised as a duck my entry turned out mostly OK.

Oh and i read that this cake was made in the past for Mothers day, it just so happens that its Mothers day this sunday, any chance of having a slice delivered
