
An absolute gem of a recipe from Jamie's mag. The family absolutely loved it. The pork tenderloin is stuffed with paste of sundried tomatoes and pinenuts with a layer of basil. The pork is bashed out, stuffed and then wrapped in parma ham. It takes only 30 minutes to cook and is really delicious.

Thanks, yes do try it!! Forgot to add that there was parmesan in the stuffing too. Delish !
