I gave it 10 minutes, and then turned it over and gave it another 5.
By then it was very soft, I think you can see!
The original recipe called for 25 - 35 minutes but my new microwave oven is 1100w and the pumpkin wasn't very big. Lucky I wanted it soft enough to mash!
