Picked some zucchini and used it along with tomatoes, ham and Italian fontina to stuff and bake crepes for dinner last night. Plenty for leftovers tonight.
That's a nice idea eddie. I could easily do a gluten-free version. Think I will.
Oops, I forgot, my oven's not working.
Too bad, Ms P. It was really good and reheated nicely in the oven as well. Only made a fraction of the recipe and it made enough for three meals.
