Mummza's Caulifower Curry
This is my curry dish for the month. I really like it but I think I should have added stock instead of water. Still good all the same. I used Calabrian chilies which added sufficient heat. Made a red onion and tomato raita to go with and served over basmati rice. Tasty dish! Thanks, Mummza!
it looks a bit different to the one I cooked as I cooked the sauce for quite a while first and it was darker.
I cant take credit for this though as I was in Nice at my friend Francois house and he was given the recipe from an Indian friend of his ... I just had to cook it !!
The eway the onions are cooked first is the key to the curry , everyone enjoyed it.
