Potato Curry with Thick Sauce (Madhur Jaffrey)
With Naan (Madhur Jaffrey)
and braised carrots and Brussel's sprouts (because that is what I had in the fridge).
A comfort meal, not elaborate, but absolutely delicious!

Potato curry is a fave here too..

Sometimes I just boil up a heap of chats, squash them a bit, add ghee & chat masala.

Top with yogurt
