SUPPER CLUB in Umbria

Menu: 23h October
Crispy Pancetta rolled with goat cheese, walnuts ( from my tree) and pears.
A little taste of my Home-made ravioli filled with a semi maturepecorino cheese, figs and hazelnuts served with fresh thyme and butter.
A special seasonal lasagna with mushrooms and black truffle.
Sausages gently cooked in grape juice(using only the grapes from my vineyard)served with a creamy potato puree.
Foam of coffee with chocolate mousse.
