Finally worked out how to make dairy free cream filling
Firstly make an icing using pure icing sugar and dairy free margarine,
add colour and flavour a little on the strong side of what you want to end up with.
then whip in a tub of - "tofutti better than cream cheese" spread made of tofu.
Whip till it reaches a consistency like that of whipped cream.
Tastes a little like whipped cream cheese icing but has no dairy in it at all.
That looks amazingly decadent! Wonderful!
