I want to hug her.  I bet she is quite a love and very affectionate.

Yes - she's generally a very gentle-natured, affectionate girl, who follows me around the house and keeps me company.  Today she's retreated to her basket, only coming out for cuddles and attention (of which she is still getting the majority share - I hasten to add!!).  It must be strange for her having a newcomer here, and it will take some time to settle down, i think.
