This was the beast before we served it...almost 4 kilos of prime German pork...it looks good...it tasted betterthumbsup

Belly of pork is such a cool cut, the next day is even better, in a wok usually.That looks really good.
I have seen some dim sum recipe somewhere for next day pork, I must seek it out.
