
This Guiness-like sauce has an lighter upper component, entirely fat (I smothered this on the roast veg the next day) and a darker gravy...this was 100% the fluids from the meat and one onion. It was one of the best taste sensations I've ever had! No stock added, just pure meat...awesome!![]()
