Are there ever leftover cookies? Yes, when you´re taking them out of the oven a tad bit too late and they´re like bricks!

My cookies weren´t burnt so I ground them very finely to use them as a base for cakes and desserts, simply mixing them with melted butter.

This dessert is made of a strawberry compote, thickened with some cornflour, the ground cookies mixed with half the weight of melted butter and some mascarpone on top, perfumed with only very little alcohol, mixed with some whipped cream and powder sugar.
