Duck with Bigarade Sauce

I used Kumquats and local Orange Liqueur to give the sauce a bit of a kick. The plates were a tad too small to get a good layout. The baby carrots were lovely and sweet, done ins a honey/brown sugar glaze. Everybody really enjoyed it. The duck turned out perfect.
