Bread with thyme
I'm still in my bread making phase. This time I used the recipe from last Sunday and added some thyme. I tasted already a piece while it was still warm - nice. I think I have a go on the reast with some wine and cheese.
Maybe I can have also a try using lavender, although I don't know if it works.
They look like nice crusty loaves. Rosemary is quite nice as a flavor in bread.
