Green Juice - bust your body with green energy!!!
The best way to bust the energy every morning - my Green Juice. Here is my recipe:
Green Juice® drink:
Blend the following ingredients in a food processor for 1 to 2 minutes on low speed
• Parsley (bunch),
• Celery (one long stalk),
• 1/2 cucumber
• Spiruline – green Japanese algae from Okinawa (2 to 3 grams – not necessary, but recommended for best results),
• Seaweed (1/2 sushi plate or 2 to 3 grams),
• 1 garlic clove (can be omitted)
• 3 to 4 slices of fresh ginger (can be avoid if not enjoying)
• 1 cup of apple, pineapple, carrot, or dark grape juice without sugar - my personal choise is pineapple juice as base.
Before blending you may add 1 teaspoon of organic flax oil in your green juice or 1 teaspoon of flex seeds (if you need to reduce your weight). You can also add 1 to 2 teaspoon of green sprouts powder (oat is the best choice)
Drink your Green Juice first in the morning and wait 10-20 minutes before you eat your breakfast. Enjoy!!!
