Whole rolled roasted lamb with charred aubergine , tomato, chilli , sweet marjoram and lemon yogurt.
I will tell you that this was lovingly prepared by John Relihan.
Jonhn had managed to get the whole lamb donated for the event and he set about butchering and preparing the whole lamb, to me this is a tricky job , he kindly showed me photos on his phone that had had taken whilst he was butchering this lamb.
I understand that it was a very tasty dish.
