
Smashed peas ,broad beans and English asparagus brushetta with mozzarella and pea sprouts.
I wish you were all here to taste this , the smashed peas and broad beans were just lovely and the mozzarella was divine, on the top were very thin slices of raw asparagas , to my delight as it was the first English Asparagas of the season for me and that made me so very happy.

I did a bruscheta with broad bean bacon and wild fennel a few days back. The recipe was from Jamie mag. Asparagus yum yum, looking forward to getting some of that. A trip to the farmers market, I think. Fifteen is the coolest, great Post Mummza now to read some more of your 15 posts.
