Last Night's Dinner
Spent the night catching up with my sisters, nieces and my Mum. My sister cooked our dinner as her treat:
We had a Donna Hay - Pumpkin, Baby Spinach and Feta Pie using puff pastry...
With a lovely Winter Salad of Orange, Spinach, Fennel and Pomegranate with a dressing of, pomegranate juice, white balsalmic vinegar, lemon juice and EVOL. yummy
Followed by a slice of Vanilla Vienetta ice cream....
All I had to do was eat it up and bring the wine... great night!!
