Desert was a delicious chocolate fondant with green cardamon caramel  and a sea salt and almond icecream , it was as delicious as it looks .
The green cardamon was a delight, I love adding green cardamon to my baking and so this caramel I had really been looking forward to trying and I was not disappointed.
