This was my very delicious main course,a vegetarian frito misto , as you can see there were stuffed courgette flowers with the little courgette still attached to the flower , there were also a variety of other vegetables that were all extremely delicious.

In this picture you can also see the caramelized apples that went with the main course of pig cheeks , I photographed these whilst they were still in the kitchen
