In this picture you can see the vast sized pan of rissotto primavera that Lloyd was making , he made this in front of all the diners. You can see how much rice was in the pan before the risotto was cooked and how the pan fills up when the risotto is almost ready to be served.
The picture also shows the type of rice being used abnd the finished dish...

I like a good bowl of risotto............it's the sort of dish that is good year-round.
