Massive thank you to Gordon’s team, for the best meal ever . Huge thank you  to   Clare Smyth for taking time to speak to me and letting me in to her kitchen, hello Ash from Masterchef, who was also there. Jean Claude is the nicest person, helping make the experience so wonderful. Yes I know I am bragging again, who wouldn’t ?
Clare is number 1 , well next to Gordon perhaps, my meal was the best ever !
