And amazing it was!! What a lovely different recipe to try, I was well pleased with this, and even better, my pancakes turned out great gluten free! I used Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat Free to replace the plain flour, plus I added a teaspoon of xanthan gum for elasticity. Worked a treat.

Vegetarian and Gluten free now too!
