this cookbook has been written by David Loftus who many of you might know is the photographer of choice for many cookbooks and is the photographer for Mr Oilvers books . I have been enjoyong reading this cook book and recenty cooked the Chicken Tagine with lemon and olives from the book which was really enjoyed by all the family.

( yes its true I did follow a recipe !)

It's a lovely book MsP and the recipe I cooked was really easy and I am told very tasty
