
Hi everyone,
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Fifteen - each month the graduates cook a really delicious meal in the Supper Club space above Fifteen. Tomorrow night (Tuesday 11th of September) it is group seven's turn. The absolute final menu is soon to be signed off but the menu below will give you a general idea:
STARTER
- Veggie: Potato and beaufort cheese ravioli with wild mushrooms in a truffle emulsion
MAIN
- Wild bass with an aubergine and white onion stew and tomato vierge.
- Veggie: Butternut squash and blue cheese risotto
DESSERT
- Triple-layer chocolate brownie with a butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
Dinner is served at 7pm and tickets are £35 per person. Please call 020 3375 1515 to book a space.
