Spanish plum sorbet
Refreshing Spanish plum sorbet perfect to end the summer and early fall.
1 kilo of Spanish plums
1 l of Water
Sugar to taste
1. Put in large bowl previously washed plums, add a little sugar and looks smashing with a fork or puree treads.
2. Add sugar depending your taste, when you remove all the pulp of plums, remove the seeds and pour into a blender along with water. Blend until very thick juice.
3. Strain the juice and pour into glasses, frozen for 24 hours, wait 10 to 20 minutes before eating so that they are about to sorbet.
