ricotta fritters from Jamieīs new book

As Iīve already written on the forum, I already tried this recipe from the new book alongside many others before the book was published.

Itīs absolutely lovely, easy to make, not too many ingredients, and it defo is quick to cook, too!

Thumbs up, Mr. O, looking forward to buying the German version of the book in november!!
