
I've come across some great little chorizo sausages called 'The Bath Pig' available at most leading supermarkets and really reasonably priced. I love this dish as it's so easy to make, it's practically the same as ratatouille but with the chorizo, then make little wells and crack in an egg or two. I love the spicy kick, dip some crusty bread in those runny eggs ! Em ![]()
