One of our leading supermarkets have currently started selling 'Samphire' (sea vegetable) and it's made its way to the Midlands! What a change to have something different to boring cabbage and broccoli..... The samphire was only £1.99 / pack .. just drop in boiling water for about 3mins, can be eaten hot or cold, great with seafood and a creamy white wine sauce. Em
