for me its the best kind of wild meat...so tender and easy to cook......stuffed with cheeses and marinated in semi sweet wine....and passed from lightly salty butter....

I love the eggs too!
Not much meat (or egg!) but so tasty.
The downside is that I get mine freshly shot and dress them myself (sadly not in Dolce and Gabbana!!!!) A bit fidddly but beautiful roasted with a gravy made with blackcurrant jam!
