a small and tender rabbit we had the other night with some friends....cooked in wine and many Greek herbs.....

Wild? It looks nice. Beautifuly brown.We had a rabbit stew last week the leftover were turned into a sauce for Pappardelle.
Get eating rabbit good people and stop eating cruel farmed chicken.

it was not wild but a kind of ..lets say free range....i agree with you about chickens....its awful ...
