
when it happens to find fresh sea food like clams, shrimps, crustaceans and other things like this try to cook this dish....Just warm EVOO with a clove of garlic and a handful of thyme and basil in a pan. Add your seafood stuff in there, add pepper powder or a tiny red hot pepper and cook them for 15 minutes with white dry wine and a glass of water(i usually use the water in wich pasta is cooked).....
Then cook your pasta in salty water and drain them and then add the stuff to the pan....
Cook for 2 minutes and your pasta is ready.......
