
After a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at my sister-in-law's, I was back in my kitchen. In no mood for grocery shopping (after hunting down some great Black Friday Deals), I had to be creative and use up all leftovers that I could find in my fridge. This was the result...turkey and swiss cheese stuffed chicken cordon bleu style, pumpkin gnocci in sage butter, wild rice mushroom dressing and a yoghurt cucumber salad. After all, not too bad for a leftover night.
