I love sandwich dinners with a salad or a soup. I am excited to take something simple like a sandwich and make it special for a full dinner. Last week, we were in a curry flavor mood...curried sweet potato apple soup with sweet potato chips and curry chicken salad with grapes and almonds on home-baked bread.
