green organic olives after processed for some days in a blend of water , sea salt and herbs are ready to be consumed .....i just add oregano,EVOO, lemon cuts and a small portion of sea salt....

I like the tip of adding lemon My granddaughter has been given an olive tree as present, and we will plant it in spring in our garden, so I must remember how to treat olives when it'll be their time to be cropped
