Gluhwein from Bavaria
Glühwein from Bayern (100 years ols recipe - “0” sugar)
1 liter of red wine (Glühwein)
50 ml rum
20 ml amaretto
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 oranges (sliced
Heat up read wine with the spices in a pot (boil briefly.) Then add the rum and amaretto and wait a little(10 minutes). Remove the spices before serving.
Those who wish can eat a slice of orange as a garnish to the glass of “gluhwine”.
