Crunchy garlic chicken

Happy new year , it is day 8 of my 365 days of cooking something new from a Jamie Oliver book , app or video . Tonight was crunchy garlic chicken. Being an australian we don't have Jacobs cream crackers so I went for what I think was the closest thing Sao's.
That is always a little bit of a problem when you are an Aussie working from a english cook book . We also don't have creme fraiche something that Jamie uses a lot .
We started new year with a lovely posh eggs done from a Jamie Oliver app . I think I am getting better at that one , hubby loves it.cool
