Tonight it was fish. Again an really easy. I included Salmon in this dish because it is really good for your health. I down loaded the app for Jamie Oliver 20 minute meals. I really love the video on how to set up your kitchen and what you should have in the cupboard.
I got the recipe for 'shell fish tray bake with couscous' from Jamie's 30 minute meals cook book.
