fine duck breast dish
i cooked it as i saw on tv marinated for 5 hours in orange and Cinzano blend and finished in the oven....sprinkled with fine smoked sea salt.....i also cooked a basmati rice with portobello mushrooms, pomegranate seeds and dried figs and prunes and pine seeds...believe me it was great....
Mmmmm! Wish I'd seen this before I did my duck for Christmas . . . your dishes always look and sound so delicious.
