Last December I ended by going back to Hartford House again which was lovely! I saw a very different side than I did not see last time! The first pi is of me in the kitchen with Jackie, the chef! and the second picture is of the local yoghurt that they serve! it almost tastes like cheese its so ritch!
This was a wonderful opportunity and once again learnt lots! Unfortunatly I was only there for 4-5 day which was actually plenty in the long run as I am still trying to get used to the long hourd that the chefs work! What was really nice is that they threw me into the deep end if you want to call it that! Which was very fun!
